- King Eiders feeding among the Scoters shows two female King Eiders at Point Louisa in Juneau in amongst a group of Surf Scoters and a few White-winged Scoters.
- I also saw one Black Scoter among the same group and several Harlequin Ducks.
- It appears the eiders were feeding on some parts of the blue mussels or .... that the scoters were bringing to the surface.
